Every day there are meals to make, a room to clean, bills to pay, appointments to make, etc., etc., etc. Having a plan to accomplish those tasks makes life so much easier. People used to laugh at me making a Thanksgiving cooking plan, until they realized that every dish was hot at the same time!

I love finding ways to get more done in less time, and I want to share that knowledge. That said, I have some unfinished projects from our downsizing a few years ago, and I am still searching for the perfect method to organize my herbs and spices.

I am a wife and mother to two spunky cats. I love cooking almost as much as I love eating. I also enjoy reading and watching horror movies. Yes, I'm rather quirky!
